haven't slept more than an hour and a half straight in 6 weeks, yet my mom will come over to play with baby and tells me to take a nap and then I just can't stop thinking about baby long enough to sleep!! going crazy
@sjpr, i agree with @mrs.carmdi on drinking some camomile tea to reduce you overall anxiety. btw, the less you sleep, the more anxious you become. ask your SO to watch the baby while you sleep. you trust that person, right?
You can do it, mama! Have you tried lavender oil to help you sleep or camomile tea? I can definitely understand where you're coming from. I was the same way when people came to visit and I had to learn to nap while family was over to help
