Goodness. Trying to contact a lawyer is the hardest thing to do I guess. But I'm feeling good about this. If I can just get answers and reasons for what happened and how the doctors went about their ways, I'll be fine.

Basically I wasn't monitored the entire time I was in early labor and neither was my baby. Then they revived her after 30 minutes of no oxygen. Technically she was stillborn but because they revived her she had no brain activity and was put on a machine. So had they been monitoring me the whole time they would've seen she was in distress.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I'm trying to see if someone will. some people don't go after hospitals. I like could care less about the money because it won't bring her back, but if it can cover all my medical expenses that'd be great
