My brother was so offended bc he wanted to buy my unborn daughter shoes not just any shoes but Jordan's and I told him no several times and that he would only be wasting his money cause I wouldn't put them on her. Why bc Jordans are for boys and i don't put my girls in boy shoes I never have. And it's a waste of money they grow out of shoes as quick as they grow out of clothes. Like why can't you simply just buy her a damn coat or snow suit or something simple...or nothing at all I am fine with that as well.

Jordan's are for girls as well but yes I agree it's a waste when they grow so fast! Maybe he should get girl Jordan socks? they stretch, are name brand, and not so pricey

Yeah Jordans make girl things, not just boy. And shoot I wish some one would buy mine Jordans. I'd much rather my children have good well made shoes, instead of cutesy fashion shoes made like crap.

I have never been a Jordan fan and they make jordans for boys in girl colors your right. I buy them for my boys but we don't buy them for our daughters. My personal opinion.

Any shoes on a newborn is a waste of money! They just get mad and kick them off. If you want something to keep feet warm they sell fleece booties that Velcro on.

I'm the same way, my sister had her son all decked out in expensive stuff and once in a blue moon it wouldn't hurt like for the holidays or pictures. but I told her the same thing. I maybe having a son but he's going to get the same attention as my daughter she didn't get spoiled..

@nani720 I never bought any of the kids high prices shoes at a young age. And the boys are older now. my 6 and 7 year old still ask for cartoon characters shoes. my 9 almost 10 year old loves jordans and any basketball shoe for that matter as long as it's bright. but bc of his age I still,will only spend a certain amount of money. I DO NOT PUT JORDAN'S ON MY GIRLS lol.
