And after I took it today for the first time I remember that at the clinic they had said I had to take a kind that was lower in hormones or estrogen not sure which one. But that it wasn't too effective either. I feel so bad that I took one 😭 does 1 pill makes a difference in the milk ?

You have to take the mini pill when you're breastfeeding.

I believe those that contain estrogen do. I think you should consult with your doctor.
