
Hey ladies! I'm looking to lose a little more weight and try to tighten up my belly. I looked into a personal trainer and it's just too much right now. Any ideas on what to do or how to do it. I need something that will motivate me I don't feel I'll be able to do it on my own.this is me at 1 month 3 weeks pp

Get a workout partner as well. I used to workout with my brother-in-law and we would motivate each other when the other didn't want to workout.
