Anyone just get mad easily? I feel like I get mad all the time, especially with my 3 year old! It's like she will not listen to anything! She won't cooperate or nothing! I just don't know what to do!! 😭😭😭

That's how I am! I just am getting so frustrated and it seems like I'm yelling and I'm trying not too! In need of ways to calm myself down!
