Okay so, my boyfriend doesn't think we need to get our 5- month old anything else for Christmas, and we have literally only gotten him 1 toy and 1 outfit so far. However, our 2 year old has 10 gifts, one being a big boy bike.
I know our 5- month old is to little to remember anything but I feel like he should have at least a few more things.. Am I wrong for being upset about this?
Keep in mind, the 2 year old is our weekend baby, we unfortunately don't have him all the time, so I feel like that's a big reason his daddy wants to spoil him.
I hear you. It's probably a silly thing to worry about, but we are mama bears. We worry. Lol.
See, that's what I'm worried about as well! I just don't want our two year old to always expect more. I know he's only two and probably won't think that much into it but it still worries me. @marisaeileen
Oh I know, I'm not worried about the value of things, I just don't want him to look back on pictures and see his brother have all these gifts and he has like nothing. I worry to much, I know lol. @chaylalove,
I got the baby some presents because my daughter who is 4 will notice if her little brother doesn't get presents and wonder why. I stuck to things we were either going to get him anyway and a few fun things that will keep him occupied. He will be 9 months on Saturday.
I would honestly get the 5 month old a few more toys or maybe items he will be using soon like a walker. Price doesn't matter
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Dog rant!
We’ve had our large dog for 10 years. For the most part he was an outside dog until a year or so ago. He would go crazy ( bite the door and start bleeding to come in.) I have allergies so I’m not a dog person. We bought a huge kennel this fit him comfortably so he can stay inside for the most part. He did good, that lasted a year until a few months ago he’d go crazy and do the same thing to get out of the cage. My husband bought 2 large sections of carpet for the 2 living rooms. Whil...

Not hating, but idc if i was a millionaire i would not but my 3 year old in a 950 anything 🤣😂

I have a vent or rant or whatever. I’m 6 months pregnant. Which means hormones in overdrive and I’m horny ALL THE TIME. Man is refusing me sex! I haven’t had it or any intimate contact in over 4 months. He says I should still love him without sex and that sex shouldn’t be a big part of our relationship. Guys we have been together for 4 years and have two children. Like wtf. Idk what to do.
Your 2 year old will probably be so excited about his gifts that he won't notice if baby gets less than him. If there's something he needs--bottles, sippy cup, teether, pacis, etc wrap that up and call it good. If your elder child questions it you can tell him that babies can't play with as many toys as big kids, so Santa doesn't bring them as much.
