I do if I have to take my eyes off him for a minute--like, if I have to grab him a new outfit. But I never use it when I'm actually changing him.

I find that it's easier to change her without it. I have to lift her little booty up a bit to wipe it and the seatbelt prevents that.

sometimes we r in a hurry and my toddler always stays still when i change her =)

oh and in talking about public rest room i dont have a changing table at home

i do if i have to go pee but not if in just changing him its usually quick he's only two months and not rolling yet
