So ever since I had my son I have completely lost my appetite!! Not good when trying to breastfeed I try and eat and then just feel sick afterwards. Any advice from any mommys breastfeeding or what food would you recommend to help with milk supply ?
Your very welcome. My biggest example is today. I have not eaten not one bite of food and im not hungry. I have had gatorade...but on the norm i really spread those meals out. Small portions girl you can do it!! Eventually your appetite may build back up for those big meals thats how it normally is with me but everyones different. And you can look up recipes online. They are really easy to make and to top it all off they taste SOOOO GOOODDDDDD💖💕💖💕💖.
And as far as that milk supply goes, granola helped me. Also lactation cookies. Even tho those are more like snacks they still showed me a difference in supply...
Yep happens to me after every delivery even now....unfortunately you have to eat regardless of the feeling sick part...it's guna happen...my suggestion that instead of eating one big meal...spread them out throughout the day. I breastfeed to so I feel your pain. Spreading them out in small portions means your not cramming in a whole meal so you wont feel as sick but your still getting that nutrition in enough to be able to keep up with tour health and breastfeeding.
