Struggling just to keep my lights on and not get evicted at Christmas. My supposed husband, soon to be ex doesn't want to pay anything even though he lives here because he needs to save money for his own place and vehicle. He's such an ass. Saying he'd do anything for our kids well keeping a roof over there head would be a good start. Feel like the world's most crappy mom because I'm selling stuff to come up with money for bills and can't get them anything for Christmas. Sorry the post is so long just needed to vent.

Dont feel bad. im getting my daughter cheap clothes and clerance items. i even wrapped up a box of confetti. The struggle of a single mom is hard and im sure even if they dont understand now they will eventually. They will grow up seeing how hard you worked to keep that roof over their head and will appreciate it. Love is the most important thing for the kids not toys theyll only play with a few times.
I've never heard of it. And honestly I don't think I could handle having anyone else. My husband is mean enough when it's just us and our kids. He can't handle the noise or how active they are. I've got some interviews with temp agencies next week. @mrodriguez0305
what about respit care? it's for all ages but most for parents with kids with disabilities who need a break for a few hours and you literally just need to watch them so the parents can have a break. I get paid $12 an hr to have my 17 year old sister come stay for the weekend every other weekend.

Yes but it's to late to sign up. Everything around here starts in early November and is income based. My husband didn't decide to leave us until thanksgiving when he found someone to talk to who doesn't have kids and is exactly like him. Told me basically I'm not good enough and he doesn't love me anymore.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
