I just go to the ER because I'm crazy lol @princessmama but hmmm that does sound strange they could at least check and make sure everything is okay. Seems weird that they couldn't tell you what it is but yet aren't concerned. I do t know if I have experience this I get back pain and I get crotch pain and neck pain and occasionally some light cramping but never like for three hours straight where it is super painful. I'm at a loss for what it would be. I guess your choices are wait it out or try the ER cause at least they can rule out anything bad.

It's constant. It goes from my lower stomach and stretches to my back then up to my shoulder blades. It's a dull constant ache. I've had contractions and I've never felt this feeling before. Either way I'm miserable. And I would go in but I called my dr and she said there's nothing they'll do there because I'm not bleeding or having contractions consistently.😓😢 @breezy1993, @princesslina,

or are they off and on in quick increments because that could be contractions. Its never a bad idea to go in if you are high risk. I have a shortened cervix and would go in if I was feeling unsure and having pain. never hurts anything.

I'm high risk too extremely for preterm labor and this is a new feeling. What causes them? And I've been drinking water I called my midwife and she said it doesn't sound concerning😑@b3autifulm3ss,

@princessmama uterine spasms... i go through these every monday before i have my progesterone shots... if you lay down drink water and relax for an hour and the pain isnt subsiding you should go in and get checked... this is what my high risk dr told me.

Could be Braxton hick and for some they do hurt mine do for sure.

I heard those don't hurt they are just tightening?
