When I had it, it felt like lightning and razor blades when I nursed. They also bled. It was GROSS and HORRIBLE. Dr had me use lotrimin cream and neosporin. When that didn't work, I had an oral anti-fungal pill I took (i think it was the same thing you take for a yeast infection)
