Def looks like eczema. my daughter gets it bad in the winter time. you can use hydrocortisone 1% cream on the rough patches. then I use Like a serum on the rest of the body to prevent more patches. I use the brand Cera Ve is kind of expensive but is made by the national eczema association. I wouldn't use a ton of soap while bathing... or soaps that are super scented. I use now the honest company tear free hair and body wash. just don't put extra soap in the bath water just use the soap when washing up.

Yeah the doctor said to keep him away from strong perfume and Cologne, also air fresheners and any type of smoke. he said the less scent the better. he told me to use Eucerin baby wash and shampoo. hope this helps. and I hope your little one feels better. :)

what kind of laundry soap do you use?

My son has a couple rough patches that look like that. I showed his pediatrician last week and she thinks eczema. She told me to make sure I'm not washing him too often (because it can dry out his skin) and I'm putting lotion on him after his baths. She also told me to put a bit of aquaphor on the patches.

I don't think allergic reaction. The spot on her arm has been there a couple weeks, but wasn't as big. The spots in her leg just recently came. @paisleysmom9,
