I am 38 weeks and for the past few days have had dull period like achey pains on and off but not cramping. could this be labour signs or just the body getting ready as baby moves lower. Eeek

id say just your body getting ready but give you're midwife a ring or the hospital they will be able to tell you if you should go up and get checked you could be dilating xx
