I am 38 weeks and for the past few days have had dull period like achey pains on and off but not cramping. could this be labour signs or just the body getting ready as baby moves lower. Eeek

Читать все 4 комментарияHi all. I'm 14 weeks today nd wondered if I have run out of folic acid is it ok to stop taking it or not yet. I keep getting told different things but feel it is making me feel sick so don't want to take it if I don't need to. x

stephyb95 I was on folic acid till I had my first midwife appointment then she gave me the

leanne2016 Dr's and midwifes recommend it for the first 3 months
