I'm upset from earlier today. Gianni's father has the worlds stupidest family. Some times I'm so surprised by how dumb they are. And Gianni's father doesn't have the back bone to say anything to them. But I'm getting to the point where I don't care if I'm the bad guy.
Earlier today Gianni was being held by his abuela and she went over and picked up this dirty lake turtle. While holding my son. So I took him away from her. This idiot would've let my son touch this turtle that who even knows if he has diseases. And then she tried to take him from me so I turned my back on her and told them "that turtle is dirty and from a lake. Gianni is not being by it. Wash your hands". She looked all surprised and smelled her hands like as if they're clean. I don't care. When I was a child I got bit by an iguana and spent 11 days in ICU with a fever of 107. I almost died. If my son gets sick/hurt none of these idiots are going to be the one caring for him. I am! So wash your nasty hands and stop putting my child in danger. I'm not related to any of you. I don't personally like you. I will gladly never see you again 😡. She also always wants to be seeing these nasty dirty goats that Gianni's uncle has. They are covered by bugs and fleas. That is also coming to an end. I tell Gianni's dad to tell her no and that there are fleas and I don't want our son bit up. He just says "shut up" to me. Well, I'm going to take him away from her every time. These people are going to learn the hard way I'm not playing nice anymore.
They bought my son a motorized girly car for Christmas and saying "oh he can ride over everything here" blah blah blah. Yeah over my dead body am I putting my 14 month old son in a motorized car. The toy clearly says 3 and up 😡. My dad bought my son a push bike and Gianni's dad said "Gianni will need a helmet or he can't ride it" yet there's no problem putting him in a motorized car with no helmet all by himself 😒. Go f yourself. I told him to tell them no and have them return it. He won't because that's "embarrassing" not as embarrassing as when they give him it on Christmas Eve and I tell them he's not riding it because he's too little. That damn car is a waste of $200. Between Gianni's uncle and his girlfriend they have 3 children. How the hell don't you know an appropriate present for a one year old!!!!????!!

@beebaby, I wish that all the chats I had with Gianni's father from before my son was born until now would have made a difference. Before G was born his dad agreed with me. Now he is a jellyfish and cannot offend his family. So he will allow our child to be put at risk. I'm glad you were able to agree with your SO, I wish I didn't have to be the bad guy now.
@andrewsmommy, manufacturers state ages 3 and up. they can crash. Some kids have gotten burned in them. I've seen parents pushing or following it and the thing goes to fast and the parents and kids get hurt. I take my child's safety seriously and they know this about me. I follow rules, laws, and guidelines. I genuinely don't find a motorized car a safe or age appropriate gift for a 14 month old but obviously people can choose to do whatever they want with their own children. This is just how I am with my child. The goats are dirty and covered in fleas, ticks and mosquitoes and she brings my son out there constantly! Like leave my son away from that filth! He doesn't need to see them! And the turtle really pushed me over the edge. It's disgusting
Tbh the motorized cars can be for ages under 3. Doesn't really matter as long as yes they are wearing a helmet or having someone following them. We're trying to get our 1 year old one too but their so damn expensive. Of course they dont know how to push the pedal but you can still push behind it. With the animals I agree. Goats, whatever its like being at the zoo but the minute it bites you son their gonna blame you. The frog, GROSS. Their full of bacteria
@beebaby, that's why I keep trying to explain it to him. But he's just so spineless when it comes to them and any time I explain it's for our child's safety he gets all offended and mean to me. Luckily my son does not and will not go anywhere without me. But that is a serious concern of mine.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

My husband's sil has covid. She's obviously quarantining in her house but is still loving on her kids and husband. I'm sorry but if I had it I would lock myself in a room.
She hasn't gotten her kids tested... they're obviously doing the whole remote learning and quarantining for two weeks but she plans to send them back without testing them on the Monday after Thanksgiving 😬😱.

son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. Yeah the turtle I understand but the goat is the same as being at the zoo. I wouldn't let him touch them but seeing is no problem. If they continue to do things you said no to simply dont go around anymore. Let your husband get mad. Hes obviously not caring
