Do believe Owen has a stomach bug. Anyone ever give their LO pedialyte this early? He's slept all day except to eat & is starting to have fewer wet diapers. Don't want him to get dehydrated on me.

I would call the hospital and ask to be transfered to the 24 hour nurse. That way you get expert advice before sitting in the ER all night. It's what me and my husband do before we go to the ER.
My sister woke up with the stomach flu this morning and she kept him for me yesterday. He pukes up atleast an ounce after he eats & had watery diarrhea this morning. I know he's sick I was just asking for opinions on the pedialyte. @babynessa,
He may just be going throw a growth spurt and that can cause him to sleep more than usual. If he was sick he would for sure let you know by crying.
He doesn't though. He's typically up from 10 or 11 until bedtime. Other than a nap from 4 to 5. @babynessa
I wouldn't give him anything unless his pediatrician says otherwise. He should only have formula or breastmilk. He's only a month old and all a child does at that age is sleep all day anyways.
She doesn't have an on call line so I was checking here first before taking him to the ER
@lumos.nox, his doctor told me it's completely normal because he sleeps all night. Before he was sleeping all night he did sleep more during the day.
