I'm so angry. I spent $8 for two tests only took one and didn't realize that it was broken until after I was done. guess I'll test again Tomorrow morning.😡😡

Did u make sure to put enough urine on it? I've had that happen with one of my tests. If not I agree call and tell them it was broken

I think you can call them and let them know its broken and they will give you your money back or ship you a new one

I did and literally fell apart on me. like into multiple pieces.
