I found this recipe one Pinterest and then I made it better I have tons of milk so I don't ad brewers yeast but you can add some if you want to
2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2-3/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4-1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips ( optional )
mix all together and ball up on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and let set in the fridge.
I personally like to add extra honey and peanut butter and keep them in the fridge so they don't get sticky but I love these so much!
Milky mamas on Facebook has some amazing choices for some cookies. I know if you take flaxseed oil it can really increase your supply until you find some snacks:) also I'm sorry if you feel attacked! There are some supportive mamas and some not so much, just try to ignore it or report them:)
