I wanted to ask both first-time and seasoned mommies here:
I'm a FTM mom, baby is 3 months old, currently on bonding leave with my son while hubby is back to work since October. How was it juggling taking care of a baby the first 3 months by yourself when hubby is at work, breastfeeding and pumping aftwerwards around-the-clock, and taking care of yourself on top of it? My mom and sister helps out once in a while, but on the days I have the baby to myself, barely, if none, chores get done. He still has separation anxiety when I leave the room for a bathroom break and gets fussy when I put him on an infant carrier for more than 15 minutes. It gets really frustrating to keep our place tidy to a bare minimum and I can't even do it until hubby or another person is handling my baby. How was your experience and is this normal because I feel like I am running WAY behind mommy responsibilities😞
I went back to work 6 weeks PP, my husband went back after 9 days working 2 jobs. It is tough. There were dishes piled high, pet fur and who knows what in the carpet, laundry was alwas behind. It took me MONTHS, to realize it was okay, nothing has to be perfectly clean all the time, we ate take out more times than I care to admit, life was always a rush, I was miserable. Don't sweat the small stuff, if all you get is 15 mins, then use it on the major stuff first, and just do small tasks everyday for those 15 minutes. Nothing has to be done in one day! Enjoy your baby!
what does it feel like when the baby moves i haven't barely felt anything in my stomach and im getting worried
📣TMI📣 But while i was having sex with hubby i was laying on my stomach and i felt the baby shake then i felt that my hubby's wee wee was hit my baby's head 2 times 😮
So mommies I think it's time to pack for hospital:
What did you really need for your stay, that you brought or wished you did: For yourself for hubby & for baby?

Y’all please please be careful and monitor what these babies are watching on YouTube thank god my baby didn’t understand what the thing was saying he showed me the phone and said “scary mama” I think continued to listen to what the thing was saying and I was livid and horrified it was explaining to my son how to kill the whole family while everyone was asleep
Anyone fell while pregnant and had a healthy baby? I just fell while in the shower and baby is barely moving so I’m nervous.
I would put my son in his swing or wait till he was napping to do anything. I also chose to stop breastfeeding after 2 weeks because I wasn't producing enough and he was always hungry so he was constantly fussy. With formula he was able to eat more and keep full longer which helped him sleep longer too. Things got done, I could take naps when I was finished, my mental health was better.
