When did you introduce your little one to a sippy cup!? How did you introduce it. I've been letting my 5 month old chew on one/ drink out of it. I put about 2oz of formula in it. He makes a mess with it. Any tips on getting him used to it?

@goodbyelullabye, he will be 6 months on Christmas. Just trying to introduce it. I'm sure it's not gonna stick just yet.
I have one to Joshua at 4 months he's 6 months now and he still just chews on it
@beebaby, @kreese88 @keepingupwithhj @poohgirl2015 I got him the nuby 4+months but I think the nipple part is too weird/hard for him. He gets the concept that it goes in his mouth and how to hold it but he lets the milk get everywhere!
8 months and he didn't take it till about a year and we TRIED every kind of sippy, he likes the NUK and NUBY kinds, now my youngest he doesn't care for it either and he's now trying to learn.
I didn't introduce one until about 8 months one with a more softer nipple and then about 11 months I took away the bottle and only gave the cup in between I also got her use to the straw cup
@jtmsmom I mainly gave Joshua one so he could feel like he was eating with us lol
