I understand pumping and saving as we are the only species that drink milk other then our own, but the breast feeding is supposed to be for baby's....to comfort them and feel safe because they are not used to the the world...co sleeping I can get .... I just don't think it's good mentally for the little girl when she gets more independent

I wouldn't personally breastfeed my 8 year but honestly anyone can parent how they want.. People shouldn't be criticizing her

It's weird to have her sucking I think 2 is the limit and then I wouldd pump if necessary. My 7 year old has a smart mouth and would not imagine her still on my breast. I still cosleep though because my husband works the night shift.
