What Could a Painful Lump in My Breast Be?

It the lump on your breast or nipple?? Could it be a cyst on your nipple? My friend had that happen from breastfeeding too much on one side

it's like a small white blister on my actual nipple and the lump is above my nipple @ciraclesmiracle
