so I need opions if I babysit your child mon-fri 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. for $100 a week but then sometimes I only watch her like 3 days of the week is it fair to only pay me $50 instead of $100?

No that's not 60 yes but then again I got paid 10 an hour to babysit so my price would be in this case 80 dollars a day
@ciraclesmiracle, has a point. 20 dollars a day is super cheap. I would say 60 but 50 isn't bad if you already agreed.
No. that's already really, really cheap, and if they're paying for the week then they pay for the week regardless. People can't subtract for days missed at daycare.

I had this problem with the last family I nannied for 🙄 constantly cutting me short or adding extra hours and not paying me for them. Constantly telling me that they're going to push my payment until next week because some bills came up. They start out small and then eventually you don't get a paycheck at all. She still owes me $80 bucks but now I'm on the other side of the country so, oh well I guess.
