ladies who's had hemorrhoids after pushing/delivery, how long afterwards was you able to have a bowel movement? I'm taking colace this is day 4 and still haven't had one. what did you do to get a bowel movement without being super painful?

No bowel movement after c-sec I had a c-sec on Friday. It's 4 days now and I have not had a bowel movement yet. Is this normal? I'm planning to have some milk of magnesia tomorrow. When did you mommas have a BM after your c-sec?

I had the same issue, I was 4 days past as well.. I walked up and down the stairs like 15 times and drank a ton of water.. took my phone and sat on the bowl for about 45 mins. The initial one is going to hurt but it will feel so much better once it's out
