What do y'all do to get your 1 year olds to sleep through the night 🤔❓nothing seems to work for me so I'm exhausted on top of pregnancy fatigue 😫😫😫

@jazmin805 , that's what I do most of the time sometimes I don't let him get a nap I make him fight his sleep cause he loves to take naps right at 8:00 or 9:00 which is to late for a nap for him cause he gets energized
i let him play and only take one nap by 9pm hes falling asleep sitting up amd tried to make him happy happy happy with anything gave him some fruit after his dinner and juice amd he went to bed at 11.30pm he fought his sleep but is still in his bed right now do what works
Then u gotta burn his energy out and try showering him before bed and let him play in the water @sevynsmommy

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
