Fucking fuming. Just had a bath and came down stairs. My kitchen is flooded! I went round to the landlady's house (as she literally lives next door) and told her I want an electrician out tonight to make sure there is no lights/sockets in the kitchen affected so I can continue to use my steriliser and kettle and that everything is safe to have my daughter in the house, I'm happy for the plumber to come out in the morning, but I want an electrician tonight! Rather than actually put her hand in her pocket and fucking get someone out, she's saying she doesn't know anyone that will come out (basically her grandson that looks like he's still in fucking nappies!) and she will ring her friend in the morning. No you fucking twat i want a proper qualified electrician out here now!! Haven't got anywhere we can go the night either. I want out of this house and away from that dumb fucking bitch who clearly doesn't give a shit about anyone but her money! Excuse my rant and the swearing etc but I'm so angry right now!!

Your trip board would trip off if the flood affected anything. It's happened to me a few times Over the years and I know an electrician and was told it will trip the board so unless it has don't worry too much

@suzie80, it has happened multiple times now, first time she just sent a plumber out the next day which I didn't mind as much because Hope wasn't here, where as this time I'm more concerned about the safety of my daughter than her bloody money! She turned round and said 'well you can leave then' basically kicking us out and then said 'well I don't want the damn dog here anyway' after telling my dog to go away even though she agreed to let us have him and he's not an issue, never barks or anything!
