well 11 days late and af decides to show up while I'm out running around town. ugh. not a good day. i guess we try again next month.

im already on a speciality vitamin. i hesitate to take preseed because most of the over the counter type things are a no no for me. although I'm going to ask my dr about all this in January when i see her.

I used the clearance opks and this was our first month using preseed and prenatals and finally got pregnant again.

right before he finished i put a pillow under my bum and stayed there for 25/30 mins
