I've never been engorged before so I'm just assuming that's what this awful pain is. My right boob is so hard and swollen and it hurts and I tried expressing milk for the past 20 minutes and it didn't relieve the pain. I tried putting a hot compress on so that maybe I would have a let down and I had one but still didn't relieve the pain it hurts so freaking bad and it's too much milk for my baby he won't eat it all, plus it was like this at his 3am feeding so I didn't give him the left side, so now that one is full too. Not engorged but he has to eat off both and I know my right one will still be full when he's done what can I do please help

you could also have a clog. engorgement never hurts me but clogs do. if you have a pump you can turn it as high as you can stand. massage it hard towards the nipple while pumping. massage before and while hes nursing. warm compresses. might take a while to clear.
TMI , but my vagina is hurting so bad and my hips just rolling over in bed it hurts so bad !!!! .. when I was pregnant with my son I never had pain like this ! Does anyone know what could be wrong ???? Or what I can do to relieve the pain at night
Ladies I would like to introduce my babygirl. Came to the hospital and was having full blown contractions and doctor decided to operate me. My delivery was so painful I felt everything.

Ok I'm 25 weeks, and I am in seriously excruciating pain!! I told the nurse that my back was hurting so she told me to lay flat on my back for a few minutes to relieve some pain well it made it even worse and I was physically stuck and I cried turning on my side so my husband could help me up. My hips hurt like hell I don't know what to do?? Any moms find a way to relieve some pain??? I don't even know if I can work tomorrow I am hurting so bad...
