Anyone know what soap is best for baby acne and eczema ?

I second breast milk. It cleared my baby's acne within just a couple days

I don't know about the soap. But if you're breastfeeding I've seen lots of moms say that rubbing breastmilk on their baby's acne helps clear it up.
