I had no side effects minus everything from my hips to my toes were completely numb. Which was fabulous. But the iv medicine they gave me before the epidural though made me ridiculous!

mine didn't. I got the iV pain meds and they made me feel kinda high but the epidural I don't think did.

mine made me feel completely drunk! I got giggles and dizzy. I felt like I was a fizzy soda lol. it was AMAXING

I did get pain med in my iv before the epi and that made me feel loopy for about 30 minutes

And it made me feel hot. Not cold. I had the room freezing and didn't notice, every nurse that can win was like holy shit it's freezing lol

i had the epidural with my daughter it just feels like your legs are asleep like really asleep. the demurral shot makes you feel high I got it with my son while I waited for the epidural but because I didn't get the epidural rite away I had to deliver natural.

It's a numbing agent. It shouldn't make you feel high. Perhaps the relief from pain made her feel high or she took the IV meds (narcotics) which can make you feel high.

Uh it's not a narcotic at all lol maybe they had other stuff too
