Should I be worried than I'm barely gaining any weight during my pregnancy???? I'm so sick of ppl saying I'm so small to b 7 months.. it's starting to worry me 😕😑😢

Has anyone lost a lot of weight while breastfeeding?? My pre pregnancy weight was 115lbs I'm 4 months pp I EBF and currently weight 105lbs. I get so hungry all day. 3 month old bleeding monthly

So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret.
