Call EMS. Don't stay at home with chest pains if it's progressively getting worse. Is it radiating to other parts of your body? Any cold sweat, or palpitation?

if you're having contractions hun and 38 weeks with no way to get to a hospital it could be you could be about to have your baby

@hoagymama They don't come into my neighborhood unless it's a real emergency I don't think it is honestly.

If this is something you believe is an emergency call an ambulance. If not call your dr and tell them what your feeling and your current situation of being stranded.

You really should try and find a way to the hospital. Especially since your experiencing all of this
