when did you turn your carseat front facing. I did it when my son was a week away from being one. ...but I'm getting a lot of crap from the father's side.

My son is 1 and 31inches. He is still rear facing. I won't be switching him forward any time soon. Rear facing is so much safer!

2 years old. You'll get pulled over and a big ticket. I just emailed my dr too asking and they said no keep him rearfacing until hes 2.

2 yrs old is the best age minimum for maximum safety of your child. Please check your state law because some require 2yrs.

in most states it's illegal to forward face under the age of 2. it is actually recommended to rear face until 3-4 years old. that's when I plan on flipping my children around. their little bodies are just not strong enough to Handel the impact of a crash while forward facing. I would wait until at least 2 years old but preferably longer.
