Ugh i had a nasty cold over the summer at like 29 weeks. I was hacking up my lungs, blowing my nose 24/7 throat hurt the works it was terrible. I ended up going to the Drs because over the counter medications weren't working and I was getting worse. They put me on Claritin and I don't remember what the other one was but they worked!
I hope you feel better girl, I know it might be uncomfortable but what I do is wear a bunch of sweats like sweatpants and layers and sweat the sickness out, for me it literally cuts the sick time in half

Tylenol severe cold & flu medicine!! Knocked it out of me within 3 days when I was 33 weeks pregnant I was so happy
