My child's pediatrician always says "those kinds of kids" or "those kinds of people" when referring to my son who has Down's syndrome. He has it. It doesn't mean he is it or that you should treat them differently. Idk does anyone else agree with me?

I would talk to him about how you feel. if he keeps it up then change doctors

I would change doctors immediately. Find someone who is experienced with special needs and treats your child with the same respect and courtesy as any other. I'd be so upset!

Call the board of health they should not reference to some one that has any kind of disability in that way this is why I hate people they look down on people they don't consider normal my best friend growing up had Down syndrome and his own brother would make fun of him the whole school did it really up set me I'd get into screaming matches and threaten to bite kids when they made fun of him i hope it's better now just be strong
