Hey ladies! Normally I gain anywhere from 5 to 15 lbs from Halloween to New years (mainly Thanksgiving's fault π). BUT
This year I'm determined to not to and so far I haven't gained a single pound and I've actually lost and inch!
Who wants to do this with me??
Your gut health and the foods you eat βΊ It's more so those factors than working out to get them to even show but of course working them will develop them!
my total goal is to weigh my pre pregnancy weight which was 164 if I can get that I'll be happy but if i can get even lower than 164 I'll be so stinking happy. I miss my abs lol
