My poor guy has diaper rash. He is so red. I feel like the butt paste is making it worse. I have been using Vaseline instead. It's not helping but not making it any worse. The doctor switched his formula to gentle ease. It seems to have helped his gas but now he is spitting up. He has spit up twice now enough to soak his shirt within the past two days. Any suggestions? I feel so bad for him.

Wipe the butt really good and then let it air dry. Leave your baby without a diaper for a couple of minutes. Diaper rash cream always works for us with this method.

I use a&d ointment when my daughter is really red. Clears it right up!

I've used raw coconut oil and it's almost instant relief.

Corn Starch will help tremendously. Put on destine every other diaper change. and put corn starch in his diaper every single time and the pain should be away by tonight. Promises. :)

coconut oil helped me the best. I would let my son play on the floor on some towels just in case of pee and then I'd rub coconut oil and keep airing him out. took only a couple days to clear up! :)

My son had a bad spotty red diaper rash that wouldn't go away I used calendula cream and it worked within 1 diaper change! Seriously. By 2 diaper changes it was completely gone (around 6 hours)

I got mine at Target but I've seen it at Walmart too... just to warn you it's a little pricey - around $13-14 for the little jar
