I tell my man anytime something is off with an interaction with someone. He knows I'm not asking him to fix it. It's more of a hey this is what happened in my day. what happened in yours? For us it has helped build trust. No one is able to create drama between us by exaggerating something small.

I would of told my husband when the flirting first started and my husband would flip his stuff if another man was blowing kisses at me and my husband would definitely confront the guy

I don't think disrespect and making someone uncomfortable is a small deal. Perhaps tell your boss or coworkers and have them set him straight

I'd tell my fiancé. But he's a bit crazy so i know the guy would definitely back down. I think it's best to be very blunt to the guy, if after years he won't listen and it's getting out of control maybe someone else needs to say something.
