C section Moms!!! This morning I had the WORST pain in my stomach, felt like a knot/cramping lasted about 3 hours. I am 6 months post c section, I was reading about muscle spasms, has this happened to anyone else?! Help!😣😣

Omg girl 4 C sections?!?!? I envy you, the pain really is intense! I want to go natural if we gave another one! That pain this morning was unbearable, I am assuming it was C section related and not something I ate!
I always experience pain 😢 here and there is have had 2 emergency c-sections and 2 planned c-sections. C-section is major surgery, just like any surgery when the weather changes my back where I had the spinal block hurts so much. I often feel sharp pain where my incision scars are. yes our children are totally worth it but geesh sometimes the pain is unbearable. I find when I take a water bath it eases my back pain. or I use a heating pad. I hope you find some relief

Lol no worries! I actually took a stool softener! I didn't end up going though and feel better now, was the weirdest thing😣😣
I found that if I have to poop really bad I get serious pain. ik TMI but it sounds the same
