Well I know you can't always trust Google but I googled it and a few ladies said check to see if maybe gauze is stuck inside you from delivery. Kinda weird. Ask your ob for more options. If anything it might just be your new oder now

have you dont the tampon in plain yougurt thing..its suppose to work..you leave it in their for a few hrs i think 2 not sure..i had this weird smell also cant remember exactly how it smelled but i remember it made me feel nasty. .i bought some adult wipes and used them when i used the bathroom..disnt use soap for 2 months down their just plain water amd also drank lots of water which is not me..it helped and eventually went away

I went through that before I got pregnant and I've told the doctor they seemed unbothered said I may have alil too much of something in my urine I forgot what she said exactly paps came back normal each time . We never figured it out and it just stopped all on its own . But she was going to do a half of biopsy to see if there was in an infection that they wasn't picking up through paps. But then all of sudden it stopped and never came back . All she said was since it's not an infection or std it has to be an unbalance of something she suggested I chang my eating and drink more water try iron pills i did that for only a short time during that time still was smelling so I stopped . Shortly after that the the smell just went away and haven't been back now im 29 weeks pregnant and I was thinking that with my discharge being heavier now that it would come back or something but it hasn't . I wish we could have figured it out so i could help you before it went away on its own 😕

Maybe your sense of smell is stronger now? That and hydration. water and cranberry juice are your friends.
