My baby is 4 months old and had the same thing with fever earlier this week but also has asthma, I gave her childrens Tylenol more or less every 4-6 hrs 2.5 mL and I have a dehumidifier and I set that which you can add Vicks vapor to it. Set it on low which made the room smell like Vicks and did that for 2 days and it cleared up right away 😊 Also I washed and cleaned ALL baby stuff and surroundings again right away before setting the dehumidifier. My baby slept really good that night and her breathing sounded way better the next day with no more runny nose 😊
