i need advice!
i had a stomach issue that caused me to not be able to keep anything down for weeks.
I went from getting about 4 oz when i pumped now I'm lucky to get a quarter of an ounce total when i pump. ive started taking fenugreek and blessed milk thistle supplements. my child is constantly attached and always hungry. like i only get about 10-15 minutes between feedings plus pumping. so i barely have time this pee and eat... and i feel like bashing my face into the wall. any advice to quickly reestablish my milk supply would be amazing.

Hey momma check out ссылка it has helped me so much with my supply after I got mastitis I was about to give up!! I exclusively breastfeed and got some storing in my freezer stash 🤗 milk machine and milkymama tea are the perfect combo for me 😁 @crixxy
i drink an insane amount of water and my pee appeals like maple syrup from the fenugreek 😂😂😂😂 I'm not even a little dehydrated. just woke up from a nap with my son and he acted like i was completely empty.. breastfeeding is the most depressing shit i ever did besides watching his father die while i was pregnant. it was going so well before i got sick.. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Fenugreek doesn't always help. It can reduce supply in some women. Also cause indigestion in some babies. Drink lots of water and don't stress. Think positive
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
*Advice or Tips pls*
My son turnt a month old Wednesday an I've been breastfeeding since birth only pumped a few time's. Well I've started pumping an I'm only pumping about 3-4 oz an I've had to pump two bottles already tonight because he was still hungry. When I'm nursing him I have no problem, it seems as if he gets enough an my milk flows like crazy when I'm nursing. But I really need to start pumping more because I have to start my college classes soon.
Any tips or advice? 😕
