Just getting home from the hospital 😪 they say there's a 5-10% chance she'll make it but I already know my grandma is gone 😞 moms taking the boys so I'll be back up there later and tomorrow morning! 18 days away from giving birth and this shit happens! I can't deal man! She's my lifeline!!

this totally put me back to when i lost my grandma. i was by her side. every sec i got. i know excally what ur feeling.. i was so close to my grandma, i took her in to live with me. all i can tell u is try to be strong. even though its easy said than done.
