lol I have like the opposite issue. When I'm trying to get my daughter wound down for bed at night sometimes my husband just gets tired and goes to bed without us 😂

Dang... it's hard huh? I just rather sleep all the time.. especially when kids are in bed I wanna sleep too lol not staying up late...

Same here. My boyfriend gets home anywhere between 9pm-11pm and I usually put the kids to bed and wait up for him but as soon as he gets home all I want to do is crawl into bed and he gets so upset.
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

for some reason when I fall asleep I keep winding up laying on my back. is that safe? aren't I not supposed to lay on my back for long periods of time?
