I have the mirena IUD. I'm 4 months PP and I haven't had a period yet. I love it. No drop in my milk supply which I was concerned about, but it hasn't changed my supply at all. Everything has been good so far!
I have the ParaGuard IUD and I'm EBF. So far so good, no period yet (12 weeks pp), have had sex - it's all good over here :) any specific question feel free to ask
