There's really nothing you can do for instant relief. I had the same problem when I was pregnant. You can get compression socks from a medical supply store. Those helped a little bit. Keep them elevated when you're sitting and make sure to walk around to keep the circulation. Other than that, there's not a whole lot you can do.
