I am pregnant with twins and have been able to do nothing I go for a car ride I feel sick I get up and try and clean the house and feel sick I have days where I can eat and not eat I've already had to take leave from work I am having fraternal twins and I am 6 weeks it has been miserable lately has anybody else with twins been going through this it's also my first pregnancy.

could just be your body trying to get used to the pregnancy. you aren't very far along so it's all new to you

Yes & yes. My first trimester was the WORSE! It's common in any pregnancy to have morning sickness that early. It's normal.

I didn't have twins but my aunt did and she basically said she felt the same way. She always felt tired and sick. Way worse than when she had her first baby. The doctor told her it was because of an really big increase in hormone and also just the fact that she was carrying twins. Everything she felt was like doubled lol. After a few months it got better for her. Hopefully it does for you as well. Just take it easy, rest when you can, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it and it's available!
