Like 2-3 days after I had my son. When I came home from the hospital my mom would make me drink it in the morning and it worked right after. @mrs.castro05

@anap1012, I hear that if you eat some stuff it could affect your milk supply. We're you careful of what you ate? That's the reason why I stopped breastfeeding because I ate everything from spicy to sweet to cold stuff. And I didn't know what could affect my baby

Umm yes I was careful not to eat many spicy foods cause it *can* affect the baby. But every baby is different. With my son it did affect him but with my daughter I ate everything and anything and she did just fine. So you really have to pay attention to him. If he gets gassy you'll have to cut out certain foods. But as far the foods affecting your supply no I doubt it'll decrease it. It just *might* affect your baby. @mrs.castro05
