So I finally got my first period after i had my baby but my period is super heavy like not even a pad can hold is that normal? I'm having to change my pad so many times with in an hour.

zaysmomma It's only recommended a oz or so if they are constipated. Definitely not just to have tho

anap1012 Umm yes I was careful not to eat many spicy foods cause it *can* affect the baby.
